All our perfumes are handmade and prepared after each order, ensuring freshness and premium quality. Due to this nature, refunds are only applicable under specific conditions.

2. 7-Day Return & Refund Policy

• You may request a refund or return within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the fragrance

• This includes cases where:

  • You do not like the scent

  • The fragrance notes do not meet your expectations

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must not be excessively used (only tested)

• The original packaging must be intact

• The return request must be made within 7 days

Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed.

4. Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, you may also request an exchange:

• We can replace your perfume with another fragrance

• This is ideal if you want a different scent instead of a refund

5. Damaged or Broken Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or broken, you will not be charged

• We will send a replacement product free of cost

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:

• Product is heavily used

• Request is made after 7 days

• Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

7. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund

8. Shipping Costs
